We are pleased to announce that The Rt Hon Gordon Brown will give the keynote speech at the CER's 'Economists on Brexit' conference on 21 April 2016.
This will be followed by a debate on the motion 'Leaving the EU would damage Britain's economy', conducted between approximately 100 economists and economic commentators.
